We’re beyond thrilled to share that a very special project of ours has been recognised at the 2025 Master Builders Queensland Brisbane Awards - taking out the win in the “Individual Home from $2 million up to $2.5 million” category.

Haus Northgate 065 was a deeply rewarding design collaboration with our mates at Happy Haus, and we’re so proud of what we achieved together. But beyond the trophy, what really makes this home special is what it stands for.

In a climate where high-end homes are often designed to impress more than nurture, Haus Northgate 065 is grounded in sustainability, joyful wellbeing and long-term liveability.

It’s not about creating an impression, it's about building a legacy and a life - one filled with warm light, cool breezes and nourishing daily rituals, privacy, and the simple joy of moving through a beautifully resolved space.
